  Seeking Mechanic, Complete Maintenance & Calibration, Full time Our client company in Morton Grove, IL has a need to fill a full time mechanic position. This person will be installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production related equipment/systems/utilities. This position requires that they must: · Have pharmaceutical or food related work experience. · Be knowledgeable of Packaging Equipment such as Cappers, Cartoners, Fillers, Labelers, etc. · Have strong mechanical/electrical problem solving abilities with a minimum of 5 years experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production related equipment/systems/utilities. · Mechanic is additionally responsible for debugging equipment, performing the changeovers for the packaging lines, performing Preventive Maintenance tasks and for the completion of projects as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance. · Set-up labelers, cappers, fillers, bottle blowers and cartoners. · Implement packaging line and bulk manufacturing improvements. · Repair packaging/bulk manufacturing equipment as needed. · Debug problems arising with any equipment on the plant site. · Mechanically repair any equipment. · Fabricate or physically modify equipment parts as required. · Perform special projects involving equipment installation or modification. · Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or superiors. · Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance activities in a timely and orderly manner. · Accurately complete all documentation per cGMP standards.
